Chiefs and officers field quick questions about their people and equipment all day. Ontones is bringing the newest AI tools to fire and rescue departments, so now you can ask those questions in plain language and get answers straight from your live Ontones roster.
Ask your AI assistant about your department
Ontones now connects to AI assistants through the Ontones MCP server. MCP is an open standard that lets an AI assistant work with the tools and data you already use. Once your assistant is connected, you can ask something like "How many paramedics does our rescue squad have?" and get an answer from the live roster, not from a spreadsheet someone exported last month.
Ask about your roster, stations, companies, apparatus, certifications, and positions, in your own words.
Your assistant signs in as you and sees only what you can already see in Ontones.
More to come
This is a first step, and we're moving early. We'll keep adding capabilities to the Ontones MCP server, so your assistant can help with more of the work your department does in Ontones.
